The UrpreneurPlus is a new Business Accelerator initiative of The Unit Trust Corporation (UTC) in Partnership with UWI Ventures Limited (UVL). This programme builds upon the respective strengths of the UTC, in terms of its capital and investment management expertise and the UVL, in terms of its strategic planning, training and business mentorship expertise and provides complete end to end Innovation and Entrepreneurship Support to creators, inventors, innovators and start-up entrepreneurs within The UWI and also the national environment.

The UrpreneurPlus is a great opportunity for UWI Staff and Student Innovators and Entrepreneurs who are passionate about a new idea, technology or problem to be solved. The programme allows great business ideas / projects with commercial potential to be comprehensively evaluated, developed and capitalised whilst providing close monitoring, business expertise and mentorship to the project developers.
